Armor INSIGNIA question! - Guild Wars Forums

I read the guildwiki article about Armor insignias. I haven't played for a while and I i've no idea what's this all about! So my main question is: Can I use Armor insignias? If I can, where can I get them? :O I have only prophecies campaign.

They're used only on Nightfall armor sets.
